Clément offers an à la carte family menu for lunch and dinner, featuring simple yet refined flavor combinations. For breakfast and brunch, a selection of quality local products will be favored, promoting short circuits. By collaborating with local producers, Clément is committed to promoting regional products, highlighting the terroir and authentic flavors of Southwest France.
Last Friday, Clément launched his new menu. In perfect harmony with Le Cabanon's atmosphere, Clément has concocted friendly, refined dishes such as grilled focaccia, cucumbers, radishes with honey, creamy chabichou and green oil, as well as Quasi de veau à 57°C, accompanied by a truffle jus and carrot peas. And the famous Cabanon Burger is back! Daily specials and children's menus are also available, offering a range of options to delight all our guests.
