The flexible rate allows you to cancel your reservation without
charge up to 72 hours before arrival. No prepayment is required,
only a credit card as a guarantee. After 72 hours, or in the event of a no-show
, the first night's stay will be charged.
The non-cancellable, non-refundable rate requires
prepayment of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking. In the event of
cancellation for any reason, the full amount is retained by
.
In case of definitive cancellation "all deposits paid remain definitively acquired" (art.1590 of the Civil Code).
Breakfast is served in our restaurant as a buffet for 16€ per day per person and 12€ per day for children from 3 to 12 years old.
Your cleaning is scheduled every 3 days. We can offer you a daily cleaning from 15€ to 25€ depending on the type of accommodation, to be booked before your stay or on arrival with our reception team. Upon request to the reception, we offer you a cleaning kit which consists of washing up liquid, sponge and cloth.
Pets are accepted upon request. A supplement of 12€ per day and per animal applies.
We have a free public parking in front of the Domaine. There is also a private and secure outdoor parking in the Domaine at a rate of 12€ per day.
We accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Eurocard. We do not accept cheques.
Access to our Spa (indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, hammam) is 20€ for Domaine du Ferret residents, this access is subject to reservation and availability.
It is a space of well-being and relaxation, the space is accessible to people over 16 years old accompanied by an adult. This space is open every day from 10am to 6pm.
We recommend that you book your treatments in advance of your stay.
If you are late, we reserve the right to cancel your treatment. Our qualified therapists work with the CF Natural and Phytocéane brands.
The Terms of Use are governed by French law.
